There is no work life balance at all even the female employees were asked to stay back till 8 or 9 pm after the bank working hours. While recruiting they say it is going to be operations role and there would be less sales, but when it comes to rating manager clearly mentions that even though the work is good u were given least rating because there is less sales and business which causes employee to feel that the entire year work is unworthy if there is no sales pr business. The higher management would say they will give early relieving if required, but at the end they speak as per their convinience and also shouts at the female employee. HR will not respond at all and shouts at the employees if they want to know any information related to seperation or HR guidelines, instead he simply says"REFER POLICY" which is unavailable in the bank website....Read More

Advice for Career- New Offer vs current organisation

I got an offer from Shell, Chennai with a hike of approx 40%. But the current organisation offers the same CTC. Suggest, what should I do? The profile is completely changed from maintenance to Reliability. Should i change my home town state and join shell chennai or stay in the same organisation by accepting Hike? Current Organisation: Benefit: More savings, Near to Home town, will get promotion in 2 years, Disadvantages: More stress and Load. Working from long( 10 years) Shell Chennai: Benefit: No stress, less Work, Hibrid job and flexible time. Disadvantages: Location, language, Food( May be). Please suggest what should I do? Should I accept new offer and change job?
