Toxic environment, you are asked to complete targets on your off days. Not only Saturdays but Sundays are also working. HRs are also not supportive and do not work anything towards building postive culture. Seniors push you to work at off working hours or if not doing asks to quit in front ofeverybody</mark>. Employees are humiliated to core on unrealistic targets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. Definitely a great place to work. From work timings to work culture, from skill development to job security, everything is better. HDB ought to be in your list of places to work with. While salary and appraisal is at par with most counterparts, it can still be increased.

Dislikes

None as of yet. Although less paperwork and moving towards a paperless, AI driven organisation will surely benifit company in long run. In addition to this, advanced softwares that are used in other NBFCs, if incorporated, would make HDB the first choice of employees.
