Toxic environment, you are asked to complete targets on your off days. Not only Saturdays but Sundays are also working. HRs are also not supportive and do not work anything towards building postive culture. Seniors push you to work at off working hours or if not doing asks to quit in front of everybody. Employees are humiliated to core on unrealistic targets and expectations. No proper alignment or policy of increment and promotions. They provide you way less compensation and expects to work all the days of month starting at 7 in the morning and ending at 10-11 at night (during the last days of month at times employee walks out of company at 2:00 or 3:00 in the morning)....Read More

Nothing worst culture, worst everything no timing ,no personal life nothing. Senior management abuse to their subordinate like. Maa behan kind of bloody language they use to called their subordinate.
