Tele Caller For Collection process

We are hiring fresher tele callers for banking process.

Role & responsibilities :

They need to call the customer & inform about their EMI Pendency.

Reminder about collection.

Take the collection from customers.

Convivence the customers to return the EMI in proper time.

It is totally in house job.

No Sales target.

Preferred candidate profile : Minimum Graduate (No 12th pass is eligible).

12th pass with minimum 6 months of experience will eligible & for
that offer letter & payslip is must of previous company.)

Location - Dalhousie

Gender - Male & female both can apply.

Language - Bengali , Hindi must.

English Average.

Salary : 10200+PF+ESIC+incentives.

Timing

Monday to Sunday (10:00a.m-7:00p.m)

Week Off - 1 day in a week (In between Monday to Sunday).
