I was working in hotlisting desk and there the Call flows were very high and the very bad thing is you are not allowed to go to restroom on your own, you will need to ask for restroom and most of the time during call flow you will need to control which will lead you to abdomen pain but still you will need to wait until your turn comes because they will send one by one.

Definitely a great place to work. From work timings to work culture, from skill development to job security, everything is better. HDB ought to be in your list of places to work with. While salary and appraisal is at par with most counterparts, it can still be increased.

Dislikes

None as of yet. Although less paperwork and moving towards a paperless, AI driven organisation will surely benifit company in long run. In addition to this, advanced softwares that are used in other NBFCs, if incorporated, would make HDB the first choice of employees.
