Area Manager-Gold Loan

Key functions will be: 

• Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, Direct sales team and gold loan executives.
• Managing multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each district.  
• Plan and execute BTL activities in catchment area to create visibility. Monitor lead conversion from each activity.
• Monitor and review sales team productivity and take timely corrective actions. 
• Recruitment of sales team, motivating them through local contest and rewards & recognition program.
• Drive sales from existing branch channel. Coordinate with business channel for early activation and improvement of branch SO/SSO productivity.
• Responsible for building healthy and profitable portfolio for the Gold Loan Business. 
• Keep track of collection and ensure delinquency remain below permissible limits.
• Coordinate with Risk and Branch team for timely audit & auction.
