Presently It is company driven by poor management at site level.. They are so afraid that they can not tolerate talented people..and will force them to go. New MD is deeply disconnted with right people..and only few people are there who have heavily manipulated him. Like these people used to run plant horribly in the first place..now they were running it just at average sensible plant with help of few talented individuals.. the present Management took credit of all those people's hard work , showed fake saving to Top management..gained power & forced talented people to leave ..as they cud have taken stand against these people. New MD blindly trust these people even though these are the people who are heavily manipulating him... Overall in horrible state as of now ascompared to old days....Read More

I worked towards continuous improvement improving its operatibg enegy efficiency , reduced operating cost, improved process control, improved process safety..and lead incident investigation to avoid occuring future unsafe incidents.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
