Salary and appraisal is good. Company goves emphasis on skill development and provides training for same.

After acquisition company culture is very much impacted. They glorify late working culture. No work life balance. Most of the project are support project given by deloitte.

At Hashedin by Deloitte, the well being of all the Hashers is they key factor. The work culture fostered here is super cool, making it easier to evolve and grow. Even the seniors and management are easily accessible so that you can talk to them directly about your concerns, feedbacks and suggestions.

Dislikes

Nothing major, only thing I would wish to make better is they do not give any goodies or gifts on any festivals or occasions like Diwali, New Year etc.

The learning opportunities and the kind of projects we deal on day to day basis is very good

Dislikes

Learn and share culture is good but making it mandatory to be part of either one capability while working on projects in parallel is bit hectic. It can be on voluntary basis for folks in project and can be mandatory for bench folks.

Since leadership has changed specially for QAs they just don't care about what skillset you are having,randomly maps to any project.Work life balance is worst. They have many policies but leadership themselves don't follow them. Leadership don't listen to suggestions of employees.It is getting worse day by day. When I have joined I have not heard name of the organisation but going through the reviews I got good impression of org and I have joined it.And initially I got mapped to good projects under good leaders but now as the leadership of QA community changed the are doing anything randomly.They don't have proper guidance for other QA s as well....Read More

There are a few - 1. Lacking clarity in vision due to recent leadership change. 2. Challenge to accommodate changes coming in from Deloitte. 3. Challenge in efficient resource allocation processes.
