The culture and the people of HashedIn are the best which makes you being loved at work. The HashedIn leadership supports you at all times. The free food scheme is very attractive and the hybrid work schedule gives you ample time to be with your family.

The acquisition from Deloitte has somewhat degraded the promotions/appraisal in the organisation and it directly affects the work ethics of any employee.

Since leadership has changed specially for QAs they just don't care about what skillset you are having,randomly maps to any project.Work life balance is worst. They have many policies but leadership themselves don't follow them. Leadership don't listen to suggestions of employees.It is getting worse day by day. When I have joined I have not heard name of the organisation but going through the reviews I got good impression of org and I have joined it.And initially I got mapped to good projects under good leaders but now as the leadership of QA community changed the are doing anything randomly.They don't have proper guidance for other QA s as well....Read More
