You will get a project for sure. There is always a resource crunch in the company. Mostly you may get to work on multiple projects at the same time.

Dislikes

Poor appraisal to women who was on ML. Forceful WFO. No matter what problem you may have, you have to WFO as per management. Tech people has to do proposal work. This is really insane work and tech people really don't like to work with proposal team. Management is not interested to retain talented people. Talented people are walkingout and skill gap is big problem. They hire people with less experience/ skills and then want to just train. Training cannot work all the time....Read More

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
