Company is good, some part of culture is really good. Salaries are on time and prompt, increments are good if you do a good job, work satisfaction is there since the brands you promote overall health and are patient focused.

Dislikes

if you are a south India you will go nowhere, a couple of south indians are promoted just as an eye wash, if you are not a IIT or IIM you will go nowhere in the company. senior leadership talks a whole lot of things but when it comes to execution they utterly fail to be fair and effective. politics is not there in general, but you get to see dim wit small time managers taking irrelevant, irrational and unprofitable decisions for you, you will have to accept knowing it won't work, promotions are handed out based on diversity and inclusiveness which is good but capability, merit and performance aren't even considered. once Mr. HR came to an interview 20 minutes late for a 30 minutes interview and asked one question and decided the interviewee isn't capable of getting that promotion. The supposed Training Manager needed skill development but was responsible for developing field forces' skills !...Read More
