Leave policy, Birthday leave, second Saturday weekoff, More Public holiday. Many employee engagement activity they plan but not giving a time to participate in it. Canteen cost is totally free.

Dislikes

Company not provide transportation, inter department not supported. Recruitment criteria of employment is only based on available budget they not recruiting based on quality of employees. Production oriented company and safety is last piller of company.
