Work life balance is sooooo poor. They will squeeze you out , Weeknd,/ daily extensions are usually here Office politics and favouritism at its worst HRBPs are just for the name sake. Don't expect any help from them Admin is the worst i have ever seen. Night shift allowance is too low compared to other companies No bonus / celebration benefits

Immense pressure, heavy work load. Sometimes they will compel us to work on extended shift and on official holidays inorder to clear the workload. Heavy favouritism during appraisal. Especially the team lead (daughter of Thomas as per her words) didn't even know a single thing about the process but always act for Oscar.

Management support Tl's only. Tl treat employees as slave. In Ngl branch, Team lead family only running the office. AOM also jalra for Tl family, they give leave only for team lead family like tl brother, brothers wife, tl husband. Worst branch
