I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. There are many things like they don't pay salary on time, you have to fight for them every month and then they pay salary, sometimes in 2 months they pay half salary of one month, if you complain to seniors then no action is taken on it even after giving proofs. All in all there are very bad people there...

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year
