It is good company , good colleagues learning opportunities are there (even if you are not willing to you have to ) overall things are good if you don't fall in bad managers hand ( I haven't seen any in this org )

If your project ends , for new projects you may need to go through client interviews and they may require you to brush up learn something new , which can be challenging sometimes but I think this also gives you opportunity to learn .

Completely depends on cleints, if there is no client then its really hard to sustain there. When i was working with GS back to 2022 there were clinet crices and many people on bench lead to lay offs.

Culture: No culture at all, just do your work and that's it. No fun. Once a quarter lunch budget comes and 3-4 people from project enjoy it, how would outstation team members could join you? They could have provided the Zomato coupons or something but nothing. Communication: there is no communication Between the management and team.They just take a call to give their verdicts , never take feedbacks. Nobody knows at any point of time what is going on about anything, for eg. Everyone is waiting for April hike letter and even HR, manager, director knows anything. Zero transparency.
