Worst growel company .. I mean terrible, basically they tell lies , I was under contract basically the Hr are like worst never paid salary on time , never increased salary , I am happy that I m am permanent on my company I request evryone to go though the glass door before the growel frauds you .

Getting delayed feedbacks from their internal teams like hr, finance etc. Pathetic leave policy. Terrible work life balance. No increase in salary for almost 2 years.

Company management is not good. No one from company will ever contact you to check if your are facing any issue. There is no medical benefits provided from company. No salary hike in my last 2 Years. No incentives or other perks is provided. Company needs to be more employee centric..

Growel Softech is a great company. The HR and other staff are polite and cooperative. Salary is credited almost on time every month, just one day here and there.

I have a problem with their leaves structure. You have 21 leaves for a year but you can't use them 5-7 leaves at a time. You get 1.75 leaves per month. If you don't use only 0.75 leaves can be carried forward to next month. Also I work as third party Payroll ie. I work for Vendor's client. So in case, that vendor's client discontinues the current project, My job will be in danger.

No responsible people working in HR, or after joining here, HR is becoming irresponsible, I'm not sure. Really pathetic. HR will reply to you only after sending multiple emails(mostly after 3-4 days), they will not respond to your phone calls. Salary will not be credited on time. More than 4-times my salary was delayed. FNF will not be processed on time. Even after mentioned 45 days, I had mailed approximately 21 time(got a reply 3 time) and called them 17 time(not answered even once) . Requesting people who are looking for review about this company, if you are fine to receive delayed salary and fine to work in organization where there will be no responsible HR to talk to, then you can surely join here. The worst company I have ever worked. After leaving the company they before worst, never respond and they never settle your FNF and relieving letter. Management is worst. Note : Never join the company, if you join you will struggle alot within company and after leaving the company.
