Culture is of utmost importance when working with and being associatedwith a company, and my experience has been amazing. The leaders in the company have a clear vision, well-defined goals, and principles they adhere to. Following these principles has created an excellent work environment at the company, fostering a wholesome work-life balance. Being the mother of a 1-year-old kid, I always imagined working to be quite challenging, but gys made it extremely straight forward for me. As a start-up, there's immense potential to forge new paths and foster one's career. I feel really fortunate to have joined GYS and have such cordial founders at place.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
