Last from 2 years work culture become toxic. No one is prioritise to train the team. In simple words we are driving people without basic knowledge of product and policies.

Very very toxic culture. MD & CEO always abuses in every call. Any day any one can fired without reason. Head of Collection don’t have any collection knowledge and he is expert in only buttering.
