Since it is a mid size company and regional offices have even lesser employees, you are acquainted with all and make some close friends. The people are generally friendly, at least on the outside. Good work life balance and no frequent transfers. Good salary.

The environment is getting toxic day by day. Senior management is devoid of basic skills and is basically spineless, always bowing before the Ministry. The policies are a mess and Corporate Centre people are making it even messier. The height of manipulation and laziness is shocking. No recognition of talented people and gossip rules.
