My Personal Experience says Here, "I Don't like Senior behaviour (Team Leader and Supervisor specially). If you Ask for Help, they didn't help you. They Always shows some kind of attitude on your face. There is no cafeteria Facility Here. If you have a workload, you have to stay there and Complete it until you get late also for home (Workload is terrible) Talking about company culture is average. I Personally advise you Guys, "If you really work in under pressure and poor package of salary, then come Here, Otherwise No Or Stay Back from this company."
