Starting with the value of your degree. Education doesn't matter in this company. If you hold a degree you get the same salary as a diploma holder. There's nothing difference if you have completed degree. Its a copy paste job. Terrible work load. The working hours can stretch from 9 hours to 12,14 hours. No extra pay for overtime. They Always shows some kind of attitude on your face. There is no cafeteria Facility Here. If you have a workload, you have to stay there and Complete it until you get late also for home (Workload is terrible) Talking about company culture is average. I Personally advise you Guys, "If you really work in under pressure and poor package of salary, then come Here, Otherwise No Or Stay Back from this company."
