There are some really good and helpful people around but again that depends upon your luck and team. They got good compensation and learning programs like Linkedin learning access and funding education for some cases. They have allowed to work from home on permanent basis. Your don’t need to go to office at all, no manager of management gonna force you to come to office.

Dislikes

Work life balance suffers badly, you end up working daily around 10-11 hours without saying and if it’s your bad day then it will go up to 12-14 hours as well.

Exposure to clients at early stages. If you are talented and show proactiveness to learn, ample opportunities are offered. Good compensation if you are lateral hire, home grown are paid less sometimes

Dislikes

High performers struggle with better work life balance. In WFH setup you may feel less engaged with people as there are limited to no initiatives by HR or managers

Everything about this company is good. I’ve joined this organization as a Project Lead and have had an amazing experience throughout. I don’t believe if you get a real good skill development/Learning anywhere, you could expect a good WLB. I intentionally didn’t care about the WLB as I enjoyed every bit of my work in this span.
