Promotion hikes are not upto the mark, My learning has been stagnat from a long time and despite of me bringing this up constantly its not changing. There is so much micromanagement : very stringent breaks of just 1hr which are very short due to kift issues and no work life balance due to WFH being removed. Adherence is too much of a priority than productivity.

Politics at senior level.its more of a govt bank wherever 90% ppl are born and bred here and they would have more influence 9ver stakeholders than a lateral hire would ever have.they can make or break your image and no one would bother to hear your side of story Also they make you work 10 hours everyday and ask you to enter the same hours on timesheet so bargain better
