Yeah it's a good question. We are working for 6days.sunday only leave. The salary package is too low. I eran just 8k. Bt they are reduce the salary for late comer. I eran jus 7k take home. It's not enough to me. And another thing is my working time is 10.00 am to 6.30pm but I have to work for gnsa till 12.00pm bt there is no incentive for us.see we are working extra 5hours for a company. This is happen not for one day. Monthly 10 to 15 days it's happen like this. It's ok I don't want incentive but why they are make loss of pay for us . If a day am coming late for 10 mins bt the end of the day I will work for extra hours the gnsa was could not give any pay bt they are put a charge for late. Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role.
