At training stage also they give salary as per they committed . Friendly , Highly proactive , very attentive HR Team Visionary , forward thinking , inspirational kind owner and higher management also . Incentive also given to advance people. Getting only 6k - 9k per month, which is very less being a graduate engineer. Also they have a 2 year Bond. They will constantly monitor your system via Anydesk .

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same.
