Very good company work culture specifically from the sales point of view no toxicity in the work environment unlike the edtech. Everyone is open towards helping each other. You will receive salary on time.

Dislikes

There is a notice period of 3 months and for tester and other entry level developers job there is bond of 2 years, plus the HR policies are not that good. Like not very cooperating.

Great working experience in Globussoft. Colleagues are very supportive and encouraging, management is very helpful and they will guide us to improve our skills and knowledge. Company policies are effective and appraisals are fair.
