Be ready to shell yourself , Depending on project you might get stress and even poor wlb Wfh is given to some and some are being called to office , I expected uniformity here but some micromanagement is there At project level , you can be a part of micromanagement , cheers ! Even though mouth watering process and ctc , your worklife balance will once day make you aware that this was not worth to go for ! Will Company lend you to client and at project level there is no KT from day one work , no process , and in the end if anything breaks or all escalation on your head !
