I was the previous candidate of this company. I would like to tell both advantages and disadvantages of this company. First of all, let us talk about the merits 1. This is the best company for the freshers as they can easily get the experience from this company due to less workload and good understanding of the works given by the bosses. 2. The company provides medical opportunities for all of the employees. 3. The overall break is 2 hours a day. 4. This company provides the cab facility to the employees who even live outside of pune. 5. Globalstep provides good food facilities to all of the employees. 6. This company provides night shift allowance. Like I was given extra rupees of 8000 at night shift. 7. Very interesting job as the employee won't feel that he/she is actually doing a job because of the work given somehow proves to be a bit unique than the other works given in another companies. Demerits are: 1. Office politics is very high in this company so do not gossip any bad about this Company. 2. Keep the distance especially from those drivers who are very talkative in nature as those drivers prove to be very disgusting and irritating after a while. These drivers talk bad about the girls and members of these Company in front of the employees. These kind of drivers should get restricted from this Company. 3. Boss doesn't care about your good and bad productivity, he/she only cares about the impression which you will be required to maintain at the eyesight of him/her. Overall is very good in terms of work culture, skills and all. Very good for freshers to start their career will be helpful in future.

Dislikes

No cons I think but regarding food service food is perfect but their should be a coupon system or have right so employees that comes with their tiffin also get benifit of refund.

I liked the management and workout of the process there and also the satisfactory salary benefits along with the promotional benefit. I would recommend everybody there to join this company for having the best experience initially as a fresher and for having a king-like-lifestyle.

Honestly, I didn't dislike anything regarding the work in Global Step because everything works out as per the definition of a MNC Company. But there is a thing that one should keep in mind while working in this company and that is one's own dignity. One may lose one's own job if he/she acts suspicious overthere so we need to keep our profile well maintained while working there. My project Star Trek Fleet Command is kind of hectic so I need to work atleast 11 hrs a week and they even call us on saturday sunday. Senior officials don't follow rules and are unethical.
