1. The Work culture over here is so toxic that team leads and even the seniors in the team constantly abuse you and make the environment hostile to work. You could only fight them or resign from the job completely. Even the HRs here are so rude with their elite-tier personality delusion (will reveal the name soon), you have to take the demeaning rude conversation from her. 2. To achieve proper work-life balance, you need to have a personal connection with the manager. In short, there is too much work politics based on religion. 3. You are so underpaid, they charge their clients 10x times your salaries. 4. No proper skill development, tbh the people working themselves don't know what they are doing. 5. No Professionalism, passing personal and demeaning comments, s*xual comments is a day to day routine here. 6. They say the food is available, in reality it is so unhygienic almost every week there's a complaint about food hygiene (insects in the food) but no action is taken rather they dared to say to remove and eat. 7. After coming to this job, you will get to know that this company has been blacklisted by many companies which WILL AFFECT your future career. 8. If you are selected for the Console games, you are in very bad luck cause they only stay for a month or two, if there's a requirement of people you are called on duty; else you are sent on a UNPAID vacation and if the vacation extends more than 3 months you are terminated or forced to resign...Read More

If there are no projects a tester is put on Vacation, i.e., leave without pay. Appraisal and promotion is very rare even after 3-5 years of working in the company. Inventory manager is rude and does not co-operate.

Testers speak better English than team leads, and managers teach us how do politics with Co Workers. Overall this company is ruining teenagers life by offering them job and then just keeping them on vacation because of no projects.

There salary is too and they give you vaccination if they don't have any project in organization and also didn't pay you when your are on vacation period . Vaccines period always go long up 3 month
