It's the worst company to work with, there are no appraisals, I have been working in it for 3 years but no appraisals at all, work life balance everything is just shit, they want to work in minimum wages, there are no likes at all.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Dislikes

If there are no projects a tester is put on Vacation, i.e., leave without pay. Appraisal and promotion is very rare even after 3-5 years of working in the company. Inventory manager is rude and does not co-operate.

And honestly, you are not being treated well. For a single $ spend, you need Father or Son approval. Becomes very frustrating. But yes, they need things immediately and urgently. - They can throw you anytime. So, it's always a risk. In my 8 months stay, I had 3 change of my Bosses. The Father and Son expects you to start delivering from Day 1.
