Poor Compensation they pay to support guys, old people are growing well and in comfortable position. They put all workload on support engineer regardless of how much strength on particular day.IT help desk is in really bad shape running like an shop.Helpdesk is managed by people who don't even try to use thier mind before implementing things and at last engineer work life and personal life gets effected. Ha ha ha... Really anybody working in GlobalLogic since long have something to mention in this segment.
Really appreciate management ability to fool employees as they didn't given even a single rupee hike from last 3 years but still people are working here and delivering projects on time. Your manager can call you any time 24/7 in the name of project (few members in my team are getting call even at 1:00 am while we are working in regular shift 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM) and be ready for HR escalation if you are not picking it up. Projects are getting allocated as per billing availability and not as per your skills, e.g. Java an DevOps person have to work on testing assignments and testers have to learn new language for their survival in organization. Loyalty have no value in this organization, even after spending 8-10 years your job is not secure and HR start calling you to put down your paper if you are on bench even for 1 month. Promises is the only one thing that you will get on regular basis from this organization but never expect them to get completed. Like last year we got promise that we will get hike in Jan2024, In Jan we further get another promise of Mar 24, in March we get promise of hike for July 24, Now again we get a promise for Oct 24 and most of us in GlobalLogic are quite sure that in Oct we will get another promise but no hike. In short we are getting these hike promises from last 3 years.......Read More

I like the Company Culture and policies. For a fresher it is a decent company and for experienced it is a company you can retire at.
It depends upon your project and managers and how much exposure you are getting at work. For me I didn't get much exposure to learn new skills and it became monotonous.

1. I have seen people not getting promoted from 7 years 2. Their max increment is 6% rarely they give 10% to someone 3. Politics is at its peak 4. Overwork almost every other day, have to give extra working hours 5. Best to leave within one year after working 6. Out of team of 112 only 4 hot promoted, rest were doing coconuts?

They will ruin your work life balance if you are not mapped into a project based on your relevant tech stack. A lot of internal politics can be seen within client environment.
