Cafeteria of the business park is good.

1. Everything 2. Worst management 3. No work life balance 4. Flaunting of over working on daily basis 5. Government department like management style 6. HRs are not helpful, anytime a employee takes it to HR about management, they just tell you that your performance is not upto the mark. 7. One of friends put down his resignation andthe reason he mentioned is the management, then on his last day, team lead asked his official company credentials to change the reason. Also, in the first discussion with HR, manager and lead, they told him to put the reason as poor performance but not anything about the management....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
