I did not joined so far, but at the interview stage they showed real faces. How the organisation should not work, they are the examples.
After getting selection one of the HR commited that I am going to receive the offer letter in 2 days today 28th day still they are printing my offer letter, I don't know why the printer is not working is th budget issue or will. Definitely I feel they are not skilled.

Working in Global Logic is much fun when you have collaborative colleagues
There will be no job security even you are permanent employee. Everything in gloal logic is based on partiality specially from managers. There will be no hikes given and they don't recognise the good work. Company food is very terrible.

Cab facility is the only good thing at GL.
GL provides food but that food is low quality and unhealthy. They make us work like robots with 15 mins breaks in total 8 hours. They don't gives us leaves or any incentives. Leads feel they are on the top of the world but they are brainless. Facility team think they are the managers and real managers behave like peon. Salary is very low when compared to work.

I like the Company Culture and policies. For a fresher it is a decent company and for experienced it is a company you can retire at.
It depends upon your project and managers and how much exposure you are getting at work. For me I didn't get much exposure to learn new skills and it became monotonous.
