Good for first time hike while joining Culture depend on the team. You will get latest technology to work on. Digital academy program to learn and Grow.

Dislikes

Internal project and theri Manaher, very old mind set. Appraisal is on hold for this year without any reason , notice period increased from 2 Month to 3 Months.

Nothing to Like. New CEO destroyed all good policies. first he increase notice period to 3 months and then He didn't gave appraisal to anyone.

Dislikes

No learning, No Appraisal, No Promotion. They will throw on you any client. Now it all depends on Client work culture and environment.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
