NOTHING. The company is terrible in work life balance, there is no log out time, no job security, you get laid off whenever the manager needs to cut cost. There was no log out time. We used to log in by 10:30 and there was no Logg off time, even on weekends we have to work. They want production to be done while the person is on client report too.
