Dislikes

I appointed as desktop support Engineer at Taloja location. But after 4 months they send me to the Andheri location so thats why I take resign.. IT Managers expectations is very High IT Managers want desktop support Engineer know everything about server network. Management is very bad.

There's no work life balance you have to work 12 hrs shift for 2 days every week and rest in 8 hrs, if you are experienced individual joining from another company they don't give u proper training in area they just think the new guy should know everything. Lastly the canteen is pvt. you have to pay minimum 50 still you don't get quality food.

Favoritism at its peek, internal politics, disparity in payscale as per experience, disparity in promotion - there are employees getting promotion every year if you are favourite of the senior managementv by all means. Top management recognises those employees who show off their work and not the ones who genuinely are the best. Increment is based on kra which is baseless. Glenmark don't care about it's employees, I wasted my 5 years with company when I left due to harrasment by my manager no-one from HR asked me reason for leaving, thank god I left that hazardous culture

As compared to other plant of Glenmark this satpur plant is far backward. Here huge difference is observed in HR policies also. Earlier the overtime compensation was Rs. 25 per hour and management was exploiting the manpower and as soon as the overtime charges are raised to Rs. 150 per hour, either the employee has to exit punch 5-10 min before 2 hours so the OT will not be applicable or the manager will not approve the OT....Read More

No work life balance - Qualification Section. Appraisal and increment is not based on performance. Appraisal is pre planned and fixed. Exit on time is crime. People quits the job very frequently due to political culture.
