Dislikes

Senior management tries to create division between teams. Very less experienced Operations Manager are responsible for chaos on floor. They barely have any experience on process management however reached the position by favouritism.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
