Mostly the teammates, there's very little to like about the organization

Dislikes

No training schedule. One may get stuck with a single client and some very specific piece of work, impacting the development at early stages of the carrier. Salary is terrible at associate level especially if you join as fresher. Things become better at manager level in case one joins from another organization. There is no business development model or team and the pressure is on the manager to find business anyhow without much help from the organization.
