Very bad experience while did work here i.. Almost worked here 2 years ( feb 2019 to December 2020) but really it was work like donkey... 1# Not properly shifting time my shift was time 7 to 3 but needed to extend like 7 to 6....like 11 hours of shift... 2# non professional TL and manager was there... Work and behavior like hunter..If you try to speak any thing you are going to like going hell.. They pressure unnecessary 3# no job security.. (once their project going to finish) They will give stupid reason if you worked hard... Because they have much more donkey to worked hard..They don't need you... 4# work work work... Work... Work... Work.. No enjoyment.. No job security... No life balance... No outdoor activities.. 5# they give job only for.. Non resident Maharashtra... Due to.. Non resident here.. Work 12 to 14 hours because their home not here... If you live here at Mumbai.. You are just working 9 to 10 hours because 2 hours need to be traveling... But tey looking for... Staying for Nearly by his office staff.. Really bad.. Experience. While working with non professional.. People.. If you want get life.. Hell just join that.. Company... No appraisal, No work culture, senior people behave as if the own the company and talk in a very terrible way. Micro management lots of politics . Even the people who have joined genesys recently at top management they are treated like ignored by employees who are working in genesys from ages
