No issues for holiday & they adjust holiday. also understand our problems. salary on time.

Most of employees are working in low salary. 12hrs working daily lot of time. salary increment not done every year, increment doing after 3 years they also very low. Force to work in Saturday Sunday n no pay for extra working.

This organisation is good for best carrier opportunities.because it's core company like geospatial background.but some workload are huge I also working for 14-16 hours now I current work in client side work at hyderabad but work load are huge for client side now I am not satisfied to appraisal.otherwise genesys is best gis job offer company for current time.

Managers are not value for employee. also we need leave that time not approved leave that's why employe got unplanned leave.leaves issues are major problems are there.

I work genesys in last a year 7 months for head office in mumbai and now client side work at Hyderabad generally as long as i get to work closely with the client side.it will be a great learning experience.
