Only good thing is their leave policy and cultural activities .

There is not much for career growth, worst appraisal policy once in three years only if you have luck on your side. Job security is also an issue. After resignation FNF clearance time is 6 month according to company policy but still company don't willing to pay your FNF payment until you pressurise them daily.

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer.
