This firm is a great place to work. The management and teammates are always helpful. The work culture is great. The company policies are employee friendly. 5-day work week, little to no stress, decent hikes, flexible timings, no dress code, are other notable points. Fun activities like potluck, group lunch/dinner, team outing, sports, all these help bond well with other employees. As long as you follow company guidelines and behave professionally, the job security is good. Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package.
