Preferential treatment in promotions. Big pay gap between the market rates and the ones working in the current roles. Appraisals are reduced to peanuts. I found that a large percentage of positions are primarily support-focused, often marketed as DevOps roles. This mismatch between expectations and reality can be frustrating for newcomers. Lack of Coding Culture & problem solving attitude -> As a software engineer, expected a good culture focused on encouraging problem solving and coding culture but there seems to be absence of a coding culture within the company. There seems to be little regard for employees' career paths or opportunities for skill improvement. Work culture is very terrible.. those Indian leads would. Never let you grow .. they will take credit of your work and put you under bad circumstances that you have to resign . Job training is not provided . No one wants to share information.. manager insults their juniors all the time upon asking on a any small question.
