1.Narrow minded chief consultants 2.Marketing minds are promoted as chiefs and not really a real consulting genius.Often it's frustrating to see chiefs missing the basics ,I mean the fundamentals..So bad ! 3.Projects are of very basic level as they cater mainly to MSME market. 4.Naive professionals when it comes to high level optimizations. At present this organisation is just a money making institution not creating a major value to clients. 1. No formal training 2. People at all designations are almost doing same work 3. Lot of buttering of seniors 4. Forget about your family 5. They can move you at any location ny giving information just 2-3 days before. 6. Very poor transparency among team members. 7. You have to work in team of 1 of 2 members only, and you can take leave only another person is present, and if you are deployed alone on a project, then forget about leaves. 5. People have 2 years or 5 years of experience, they are getting same salary, it depends how much you can ask during the interview. 6. People have median working duration is only 1.1 years, but around 20-25% people have left the company within 6 months. 7. As you have to work in team of 1 or 2 members only, so you have very little opportunities to learn new things. 8.
