No framework for leading the projects, one day they are saying different things to do, next day, different things to do 4. Too much politics is there as partners believe in only getting money so they promote the political culture within their company,

Not supporting much . No salary given since last 1 months. And only 50 percent was given in the previous month. Reimbursement of last 3 months pending . No HR in company so u can't 5alk about all this stuff to the co founders. If u don't meet targets you are done for the company . Does not matter how have u worked in the past.

Management is weak. Once given a project the management forgets and dumps everything on you .
