Gemba provides an opportunity to the individual which no other consulting firm can. The exposure us unparallel in Gemba. Once the partners start trusting they allow you to manage client and also manage multiple projects at a time.

Dislikes

Gemba doesn't investment time or money on building skills/knowledge of their employees.

Work Details

Unlike other management consulting firm the work life is pretty balanced at Gemba. The only downside I can see is frequent travel without any rotation policy.

Salary is comparatively good. Good opportunities to grow and learn independently . Projects are good where you can learn a lot

Dislikes

A lot of pressure and deadlines. Everything based on customer review and your efforts mean nothing if desired results are not obtained. Improper HR practises. Late salary. No team work. Don't even know how many people are working at present and never seen my office till date. Also no training provided
