HR Recruitment Consultant

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete recruitment process for clients, from understanding job requirements to sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process.
• Post job openings, conduct resume screening, and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Sourcing & Screening: Use a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals, to attract top talent. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance on talent acquisition strategies.
• Offer recommendations on recruitment strategies, including job descriptions, sourcing channels, and interview techniques.
• Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide feedback to candidates post-interviews and guide them through the offer and negotiation stage.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring managers and ensure all necessary arrangements are made for in-person or virtual interviews.
• Maintain clear communication with both candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth interview process.
• Market Research & Networking: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor hiring practices, and salary benchmarks. Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Offer Negotiation & Onboarding: Work with candidates and hiring managers to facilitate offer negotiations. Ensure a smooth transition for new hires, helping with the onboarding process as required.
• Reporting & Documentation: Keep track of recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions.

Internal HR Activities Support

• HR Operations Support: Support the HR team in end-to-end HR activities across the company, including employee relations, performance management, training, and development.
• Assist with the preparation and implementation of internal HR policies and procedures.
• Employee Onboarding & Offboarding: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (1-2+ years) as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role within HR or recruitment.
• In-depth knowledge of recruiting techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
