Asst. Manager/ Manager HR - HR Processes, HRM

Role & responsibilities

Design, implement, and continuously improve HR processes to ensure

operational efficiency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

• Create and optimize workflows for employee onboarding, offboarding,

promotions, and internal transfers.

• Develop and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to

align with organizational goals and legal requirements.

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, create job

descriptions, and support hiring efforts.

• Lead the performance management process, including setting goals,

conducting performance reviews and identifying development needs.

• Advise and support managers in the development and execution of employee

performance improvement plans.

• Implement and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance

appraisal systems.

• Be a process owner for all employee engagement activities and brand building.
• Report on HR-related KPIs, including turnover, engagement, training impact,

and performance.

• Partner with department heads to identify staffing needs, create job

descriptions, and support hiring efforts.
