Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ensure statutory compliance with labor laws by managing various formalities such as joining formalities, exit formalities, induction program, MIS preparation, and statutory management.
  
• Coordinate administrative tasks related to HR operations including employee data maintenance and record keeping.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding new hires.
  
• Oversee time office management, ensuring accurate attendance tracking, leave management, and salary administration.
