Known for being a pioneer in introducing the worlds latest and finest technologies in India, Dr.Soin and her team believes in the concept of low-impact cosmetic procedures with minimal pain and discomfort and thus provide solutions with USFDA approved non-invasive technologies and procedures.

AAYNA offers the finest cosmetic dermatology, weight management programs, laser hair removal, anti-aging treatments, skin maintenance, and skin rejuvenation treatments.


Who we are looking:

We are looking for the Sr. Executive/Asst. Manager HR (Preference aesthetic/wellness Industry) , for our Delhi Clinic- SDA ( Safdarjung Development Area )


Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Source, screen, and hire candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring alignment with AAYNAs culture and values.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of talent for key positions within the wellness and healthcare sectors.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions to integrate new hires into the organization seamlessly.

2. Employee Engagement and Retention:

  • Design and implement employee engagement activities tailored to a wellness-focused work environment.
  • Foster a culture of learning and development by organizing wellness-related training sessions and workshops.

3. HR Operations:

  • Maintain accurate employee records , official Letters / agreements and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Oversee payroll, attendance, and performance appraisal systems.
  • Create and update HR policies to align with the organizations mission and industry best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors/Masters degree in human resources or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the wellness, healthcare, or hospitality sectors.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, labour laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Passion for the wellness industry and understanding of its unique challenges.
